Refund policy

We aspire to give a 100% customer satisfaction. If you haven’t felt the magic of our products, we request you to  do either of the following needful within 24 hours of delivery.

- Request a return where we will re-customise your desired products and return it to you with a new product without any additional cost.

- Return your order against a full store credit on your next purchase.

To be eligible for a return all orders must be within the provided original containers. Receipt or Invoice or Proof of Purchase will also be needed for the return.

Upon acceptance of your return you will be sent a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on where and how to send your return package.

Without a prior request on return no item sent to us will be accepted.

Exceptions/non-returnable items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

P.S. All our products are carefully handcrafted and we make our products on order basis. Our focus is on quality over quantity. Therefore, we request you to be patient while we begin re-customizing your product after 5 to 6 hours of confirmation.
