Rose Clay, Fuller’s Earth, Kaolin Clay, Shankh Bhasma, Rice Flour, Chickpea Flour, Lakadong Turmeric.

Rose clay is known for regeneration of elastin and collagen synthesis within the skin, increasing circulation which promotes new cell growth. It helps to nourish the skin by sealing the moisture in the pores. Rose clay deeply exfoliates skin by absorbing excess oil, removing toxins, reducing inflammation, skin irritation and restoring impaired tissue function.

Fuller’s Earth, popularly known as “Multani Mitti” is known for the absorption of excess oil, dirt and sebum from the skin. It deeply cleanses the pores which help in preventing acne, blackheads, whiteheads and pimples. It is rich in minerals and antioxidants that helps to restore elasticity, natural complexion while also having a cooling and tightening effect which in turn reduces signs of aging. Fuller’s Earth also contains lime in good quantity that makes it a one-stop solution for breakouts.

Kaolin Clay, also known as China Clay, is known for having a neutral pH and is rich in silica dioxide. It is anti-bacterial, anti-septic and a natural detoxifier and exfoliator. It has soothing qualities which calm irritated skin as it deeply penetrates the skin to nourish, hydrate and soften it thereby revealing brighter skin through minimizing the appearance of pores leaving the skin refreshed.

“Shankh Bhasma” popularly known as Conch Shell Ash is known for its detoxification and deep cleansing properties that regulates sebum production. It is a natural skin alkalizer which is known to be very effective to remove first degree burn scars. It is renowned for having high cooling properties that allows the skin to feel extremely fresh and rejuvenated. It helps in the treatment of acne that ensures even skin texture with a smooth touch. It reveals the natural skin tone by removal of dark spots, pigmentation and sun damage.

Chickpea is an ancient ingredient that been used in the Indian skin care culture since ages. It has alkalizing properties which keeps the pH level of the skin balanced. It is also very absorbent in nature that extracts the excess oil from the skin which helps fight pimples, blackheads, whiteheads etc. Chickpea powder is also known for its cleansing and moisturizing properties which help brighten skin, fading acne scars and prevent early signs of aging.

“Haridra”, commonly known as Turmeric, is known for its anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, anti-septic and anti-proliferative properties together with being highly rich in antioxidants. It prevents oxidative stress transforming dysfunctional cellular damage, regulating the sebum production. Turmeric boosts collagen production and also strengthens skin’s elasticity which in turn results in regeneration of new skin cells, eventually healing the skin from within giving a natural glow.

Take half a tea-spoon of the powder, add the required amount of water/rose water (for cleansing) or milk/curd (for face pack) to make a paste-like consistency. Evenly apply the paste on your face and neck. Leave it on for 5 minutes, wash and pat dry. For best results follow with Body Bodh’s Balancing Magic Potion.
